01 / The Brief

Premium pet foodmade approachable.

Pet Food Online LTD imports super-premium Scandinavian dry food and sells it direct to UK pet owners — a category dominated by either supermarket lookalikes or clinical, prescription-feeling packaging with very little in between.

We were asked to build a brand that felt warm and family-led on the shelf, but serious about nutrition under the hood — strong enough to carry across four product lines, a Shopify store, paid social, sample-pack mailers and email automations without losing its voice.

A coral-led palette anchors the brand with appetite and warmth — never the medicinal navy or supermarket yellow the category defaults to. Blush pink softens it for lifestyle and packaging, warm cream gives the system its paper weight, and charcoal carries every piece of nutritional information with clinical clarity.

A pack systemfor the whole shelf.

Four colour-coded lines — Dog, Cat, Puppy and Hypoallergenic — built on a single architecture. A consistent header, animal portrait and nutrition badge sit above a coloured wave that flips by line, so the range reads as one family from a metre away and still tells a vet customer exactly what they need at arm's length.
