Common questions.
How long do projects take?
Starter sites: 3–4 weeks. Growth: 6–8 weeks. Premium engagements run 10–14 weeks for the launch phase, then continue on retainer. We share a week-by-week plan after kick-off.
What's included in the monthly option?
Identical scope to the one-off price, spread over six months. After month six the engagement either ends or moves to a maintenance retainer — your call.
Do you work with non-UK businesses?
Yes. We're London-based but the team has shipped for clients in Ireland, the Netherlands, the US and the UAE. Prices are quoted in GBP.
What if I already have a brand or website?
That's typical. We start with an audit, work out what's worth keeping, and rebuild the rest. You won't be charged for redoing things that already work.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The monthly options are the simplest. For one-off projects we typically invoice 50% on signature, 50% on launch. Larger scopes can be broken into three or four instalments.
What's not included?
Third-party costs (hosting, domains, paid-ad spend, stock photography, paid plugins) are billed at cost. We'll lay these out clearly in the proposal.
