01 / The Brief

A deli feel,at groceryscale.

Elgin Market sells organic food and drink, natural skincare and sustainable-living products with next-day delivery. The category is crowded with two clichés — clinical big-box grocery and crunchy health-store — and Elgin wanted neither. They needed a brand that felt boutique and grown-up, and a store that could carry a deep, fresh catalogue without feeling overwhelming.

We built a refined identity around a burgundy serif badge and a warm cream palette, and a full eCommerce experience: clear category navigation, merchandised seasonal rows, ratings and stock cues, and a quick add-to-basket flow — premium in feel, effortless in use.
